The staff were friendly,,, even though the service was slow. The massage I had was good and well-priced, definitely a highlight of my visit.

The rock room we stayed in was spacious and boasted a beautiful bathroom that included both an indoor and outdoor shower. The grounds offered stunning views, especially from the pool area, enhancing the overall ambiance of the retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly, making my partner's birthday memorable by surprising her with a cake and warm wishes throughout our stay.

However, the overall service, while friendly, occasionally felt a bit slow during peak hours.

We stayed in the Rock Garden Double Room for 2 nights, and it was spacious. The bathroom was beautiful with both an indoor and outdoor shower. Views from our room were nice, and the overall vibe was very relaxing. The only downside was that I wish the bed could have been a bit more comfortable for a perfect sleep.

The views from our Octagon room were amazing, and the Ayurvedic spa treatments were blissful. We loved the serene yoga classes on the cliffside!

I also appreciated the spacious garden view room that allowed for a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for recharging after a day of sightseeing, but the hotel could improve its attention to detail in certain areas to enhance the overall experience.

The serene atmosphere at Niraamaya Wellness Retreats, Surya Samudra, Kovalam made my stay rejuvenating. The lush greenery and beautifully designed cottages offered a perfect escape, along with easy access to stunning beach views that are ideal for leisurely walks.
